How to Submit a DMCA Notice

Identification of the infringing material
Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing or to be the subject of infringing activity, and information reasonably sufficient to allow us to locate the material on ModHello.- Providing exact URLs on ModHello is the most effective way to help us find the content quickly.

Information reasonably sufficient to permit us to contact you, such as your full name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address. -
Good faith statement
A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law. -
Accuracy and authority statement
A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the owner of the exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.
Please be aware that under Section 512(f) of the DMCA, any person who knowingly and materially misrepresents that material or activity is infringing may be liable for damages. Do not submit false or bad-faith claims.

We will review valid notices and, where appropriate, remove or restrict access to the allegedly infringing material in a reasonable time.
Counter-Notification (Optional Information)
If we remove or disable access to content based on a DMCA notice, we may (where appropriate) notify the user who posted the material. That user may have the option to submit a counter-notification if they believe the removal was a mistake or misidentification.
